TIRE IMAGING STUDIO
Building a Scalable Content Engine
The Tire Imaging Studio was created to solve a large-scale content problem: producing consistent, high-quality e-commerce imagery across a massive and constantly changing tire inventory.
2025–2026

Challenge
The existing process lacked consistency, speed, and scalability. Product imagery needed to be standardized across thousands of SKUs while supporting website requirements, inventory priorities, and ongoing production needs.

Role
I designed the production workflow, studio process, image standards, Photoshop templates, file structure, and reporting system — while coordinating across photography, inventory, facilities, IT, and web stakeholders.
Building the Studio System
The project required more than photography. It needed a repeatable system for capture, post-production, file management, and final delivery.

Standardizing the Output
Each tire needed to follow a consistent visual structure across multiple angles, ensuring the final assets worked together as a unified product experience.

The goal was not just to create good-looking images. The goal was to create a production pipeline that could be repeated by a team, tracked over time, and scaled across inventory.

From Manual Process to Content Engine
Templates, naming conventions, folder structures, and production standards helped transform the workflow from one-off image creation into a repeatable content system.

Designed for Volume
The system supported high-volume production while maintaining consistency across lighting, angle, crop, retouching, and final export standards.

Impact
-
Built an end-to-end tire image production system from scratch
-
Supported production of approximately 40 tires per day during high-volume capture
-
Created consistent image standards across product assets
-
Improved workflow clarity across photography, post-production, inventory, and web delivery
-
Established a scalable process for long-term e-commerce image needs
